How do I cancel or manage my plan?+

Open Membership in the app → manage or cancel through your Apple/Google account. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the period.

My wearable isn't syncing — what do I do?+

Re-connect from Settings → Connections. Make sure the provider app has synced first, then pull-to-refresh your Race-Ready Score.

Is my location and health data private?+

Yes — health data is private by default and never shared with teams unless you choose. You can hide start/end points on any post.

Do I need a wearable to use SHIFT?+

No. Log activities, sleep and hydration by hand and you'll still get a full Race-Ready Score.

How do team / bulk seats work?+

Garages and crews get bulk seats and an employer console. Email us and we'll set it up.
