Delete your SHIFT account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in at useshift.app/login or in the SHIFT iOS app.
2. Open Account from your pages.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

What happens

• Your sign-in and any draft pages are deleted straight away.
• Live pages are taken down. Pledges that have not been charged are cancelled and never charged.
• Records of money already charged are kept for 6 years because UK tax law requires it, with your account removed from them.

Can't sign in?

Email sam@useshift.app from the address on the account and we will delete it within 48 hours.

If you used the earlier SHIFT app with an Apple subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it: manage that in your Apple ID subscription settings.
